Transformative Saunagus is an experience that combines a traditional sauna experience with higher heat, selected aroma oils and specially selected music, with a guided meditation and breathing exercises!
During the rush, I create a safe framework and invite you to go inside yourself. I want to turn up the heat and therefore push your limited beliefs in terms of what you think you can handle in terms of e.g. heat.

What's included
The sauna is located in Vippa House Skodsborgvej 188, Søllerød.
Our fine authentic barrel sauna can accommodate up to 12 people and me as Gusmester.
We provide:
- Access to toilet
- Access to bath (1 bath is available on site and is only used if you need to proceed to the event)
- Possibility to purchase water
- Outdoor showers
You need to make sure:
- 2 towels (one to sit on and one to dry in afterwards)
- Have drunk 2l of water in the hours leading up to the sauna session and eaten well during the day
