**1-Hour Session Overview:**

Experience a transformative 1-hour session designed to promote relaxation, self-discovery, and inner harmony.

The session will be divided into two key elements:

- **30-40 minutes - Breathwork:** 
Immerse yourself in a guided breathwork meditation, where you'll be guided to connect with your breath and explore deep relaxation. This practice encourages a sense of calmness, mental clarity, and an enhanced mind-body connection.
- **Crystal Singing Bowls Tuning into Your Body or guided by music - Meditation:** 
Conclude the session with a soothing exploration of your inner self, accompanied by the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls. This meditative experience aims to harmonize your energy, promote mindfulness, and create a sense of tranquility.

Join us for this holistic journey to unwind, rejuvenate, and tune into the profound connection between breath, body, and sound.


**Cancellation policy**:

We reserve the right to cancel 48 hours before the session if there are too few registrations. Cancellation must be made at least 1 day prior to the session; otherwise, 100% of the fee will be charged. Unfortunately we can’t refund, but we can open up for the next available session, and offer you a space.



**Read this:**
Contraindications that are not safe to practice Breathwork with: Cardiovascular disease (angina, previous heart attacks, or strokes) Detached retina. Glaucoma. If you're someone who has a history of seizures (Epilepsy), you might also want to avoid breathwork. If your nervous system is under a great deal of pressure or if you suffer from anxiety attacks, please understand that deep breathwork can trigger this.

Deep Energetic Healing & Powerful Breathwork Session

**90 Min Session Overview:**

Experience a transformative 90 min session designed to promote relaxation, deep and transformative self-discovery, and inner harmony.

The session will be divided into two key elements:

- **60 minutes - Energetic Healing and Breathwork:** 
Immerse yourself in a guided breathwork meditation, where you'll be guided to connect with your breath and explore deep relaxation. This practice encourages a sense of calmness, mental clarity, and an enhanced mind-body connection.
- **20 minutes - Deep Energetic Healing Meditation:** 
Conclude the session with a soothing exploration of your inner self, accompanied by the special choosen music. This meditative experience aims to harmonize your energy, promote mindfulness, and create a sense of tranquility.

Energetic Healing & Breathwork 

The sauna is located in Vippa House Skodsborgvej 188, Søllerød.

Our fine authentic barrel sauna can accommodate up to 12 people and me as Gusmester.

We provide:

- Access to toilet
- Access to bath (1 bath is available on site and is only used if you need to proceed to the event)
- Possibility to purchase water
- Outdoor showers 

You need to make sure:

- 2 towels (one to sit on and one to dry in afterwards)
- Have drunk 2l of water in the hours leading up to the sauna session and eaten well during the day
