This Breathwork & Meditations session is an invitation to come home within yourself and rediscover your inner strength. Through guided breathing work, we move between powerful and calm sequences, which work deeply in both body, mind and nervous system.
Breathwork can help you out of your head and down your body. Here tensions are allowed to escape, emotional blockages can be resolved, and space is created for inner calm, clarity and renewed energy. Many experience the session as both transformative and redemptive.
You will be guided on a heart-opening journey where presence is at the center and where you will have the opportunity to delve deep into your inner core. Breathing work and meditation in the present moment serve as a key to stepping out of the constant stream of stressful thoughts and creating a deeper connection to your authentic self.

**Why Breathwork? **
Every time you breathe, you're affecting your nervous system.
With each inhalation, the body and mind are activated -- the heart rate rises, and stress hormones are released. With each exhalation, the opposite happens: the body calms down and the parasympathetic nervous system — the resting and digestive systems — is activated.
This is the natural rhythm of life: a constant alternation between activity and recovery. But throughout life, we often accumulate stress, pain and emotional tension in the body and mind. Over time, this can create an imbalance in which we become stuck in fight-or-flight mode.
Breathwork helps to restore balance to the nervous system. Through conscious breathing, your entire emotional register is activated, allowing the body to release trapped energy and blockages. The mind calms down and you access a deep, healing state of consciousness and inner connection between brain and heart.
This mode supports, among other things:

**Why Meditation? **
Most of us live most of our lives guided by our thoughts and feelings -- often marked by old experiences and traumas stored in the body and mind. Meditation is not about removing thoughts or feelings, but about creating awareness around them.
Through meditation, you learn to observe your thoughts as clouds in the sky and your emotions as body chemistry — without getting caught up in them. This is where the opportunity arises to change your reaction patterns and create greater inner freedom.

Tools such as breathwork, yoga, and qi gong prepare the body for meditation as they help create calm and bodily presence. Therefore, the session is always concluded with meditation so that the experience can be integrated and anchored.

The session will be divided into two key elements:
**1) 30—40 min. Breathwork
You will be guided into a breathing journey, where we work with both calm and more energizing sequences. The focus is to create presence, mental clarity, and a deeper contact between body and mind so that tensions can drop and the nervous system can be regulated.
**2) Guided meditation (with carefully selected soothing music) **
The session is rounded off with a guided meditation in which I guide you safely through the integration of the experience. The calm music supports a deep sense of calm, grounding and inner balance, allowing the body and mind to land gently.

Warning - Breathwork is discouraged if you:

taking blood thinning medications

have epilepsy or similar conditions
